Happiness ! who does not like it?

Do you observe that you feel satisfied when you have fresh and homemade food? I do. But there are types of foods we need to eat for a good mood. It will help you not help you with a good mood but help decrease your depression level, anxiety, and other mental health-related problems. I am not saying this just because I am a dietitian. I have evidence to prove for you.

Food and mood have a reciprocal relationship, with one factor affecting the other. Researchers have established that negative emotions can act as triggers for the consumption of certain types of foods, and interchangeably, one’s mood can also influence the foods that one decides to consume (White et al., 2013).

Furthermore, In a study to decipher what types of foods made individuals feel happier, they kept daily consumption records. They found that they reported feeling more optimistic and energetic when people ate more fruits and vegetables. However, they also said that these feelings of Happiness were felt the next day, not just when they ate healthier. Experience of adverse effects, on the other hand, was associated with unhealthy eating patterns.........!

I hope after reading this evidence, you probably start having fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and curd daily in your daily meals. As I always suggest do not forget your traditional foods.

Now, what you are waiting for is eating fresh vegetables and fruits...

If you are not sure, consult a qualified dietitian.

Enjoy reading and happy eating!

Happy reading, and enjoy your eating for Happiness!
